Our Services
We offer one-on-one psychology sessions and couples therapy sessions. These sessions can be accessed under Medicare (for those eligible for a Mental Health Care Plan), as a private paying client, or under the NDIS – please see “Our Fees” below for more information.

Our clinicians see children (aged 8 and up), adolescents, and adults. For child and adolescent therapy, parental involvement is required for both separate, and collaborative sessions.
Our Fees
​
For individual psychology sessions (50 minutes in length), the fee is $220*. With a Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral letter from your GP, you will be eligible for a rebate of $98.95 per session, for a total of ten (10) sessions in a calendar year. All private sessions can be funded independently or can be claimed through your private health insurance. Please discuss this with your psychologist at intake.

For couples therapy sessions, the fee is $250. These sessions are unfortunately not eligible for rebates through Medicare and will need to be privately funded.

For NDIS services, As You Are Psychology accepts both self- and plan-managed clients. Clients utilising their NDIS funding for psychology are required to have counselling goals and funding outlined in their plan. Individual psychology sessions are 50 minutes in length, and the associated fee is $220**. For self-managed clients, this fee is payable at the time of your session and can be claimed back through your NDIS portal with your itemised invoice.
