Brianna has a wealth of experience working across the lifespan and takes an individualised approach to therapy that focuses on connection, compassion, and collaborative exploration. In her therapeutic approach, Bri focuses on working with the individual from a holistic level, addressing not only the concerns that one brings to therapy, but any additional factors that may be influencing their overall well-being, working alongside additional allied health professionals where appropriate to provide the highest quality of care.

Whilst Bri enjoys working with a variety of therapeutic presentations, she has extensive experience and interest in assisting clients attending therapy to address trauma, both acute and chronic. Additionally, Bri has a passion for working with Autistic and ADHD clients, approaching therapy from a neuro-affirming framework that respects and prioritises neurodivergent voices and experiences.

Bri is trained in and uses an eclectic mix of therapeutic approaches, often preferring to draw from each modality as needed for the individuals personal circumstances. Similarly, Bri tries to ensure that the way therapy is implemented meets the needs of each individual – whether that be conducting sessions in person, over the phone, or via video platform. Bri’s aim is to ensure that you are getting the therapy you need, the way you need it.
